Well its at least AS addictive, considering I have a cigarette in my other hand.
Yes there is now a recognized condition called Nomophobia – a condition of anxiety caused when somehow in the scheme of things people lose their phones or find themselves in a mobile “dead” zone.
But then again I would argue that that is an extension of the condition in which most people are unable to sit still (in silence) and “need” to have a radio or TV going from the moment they “wake” up – even in the wilds.
